Meeting Schedule

The Below is intended as a guide, we will do our best to stick to the times as closely as possible:

  • Please ensure you are ready for your qualifiers and finals, announcements are made and you have plenty of time to prepare.

  • When finishing a qualifier you DO NOT leave the track, please leave the car in front of race control and go to your marshal point immediately.

  • 07.00 - Gates Open (NO Entry and NO Noise before this time)

  • 07.45 - Booking In / Attendance Confirmation Open

  • 08.40 - Booking In / Attendance Confirmation Closes

  • 08.50 - Heat Arrangements and Race Order Announced

  • 09.00 - Driver / Mechanic Briefing

  • 09.30 - Round 1 Qualification Commences

  • 11.00 - Round 2 Qualification Commences

  • 12.30 - Round 3 Qualification Commences

  • 14.00 - Finals Announced (Finals will always be in the order of the qualifiers)

  • 14.30 - Finals Commence

  • 17.00 - Race Day Presentation
